The Future Worlds Center (FWC) is a Cyprus-based nonprofit organization known for its commitment to social innovation, human rights, and ethical technology. Through its various programs, FWC connects emerging technologies with the needs of societies in transition, promoting peace, civic engagement, and social justice.
Within the Tech4Peace project, Future Worlds Center explores how digital technologies can act as catalysts for dialogue and transformation in conflict-affected regions. The project is grounded in the belief that technology, when designed inclusively and responsibly, can foster mutual understanding, strengthen community resilience, and open new pathways for cooperation between divided groups.
With a human-centered and participatory approach, Tech4Peace engages youth, educators, activists, and developers in co-creating digital tools for mediation, peace education, and violence prevention. Future Worlds Center thus serves as an incubator for tech-based initiatives with strong social impact both locally and globally.
