Visual Voices is a non-governmental organization based in Nicosia, Cyprus, that works to promote peace and reconciliation between the Greek Cypriot and Turkish Cypriot communities. The organization uses visual arts as its main tool to encourage intercultural dialogue, personal expression, and mutual understanding. It organizes collaborative artistic projects such as workshops, murals, and exhibitions, mainly targeting young people. These initiatives create spaces for connection and discussion through art, in an island still affected by division. Visual Voices promotes values such as tolerance, diversity, and creativity, while also working with local and international partners to expand the impact of its actions. | |||
