The Global Policies Centre (GPC) is an independent research institute founded in 2010 in Nicosia, Cyprus. Its mission is to promote the development of inclusive, sustainable, and evidence-based public policies, with a focus on transnational issues and the contemporary challenges faced by 21st-century societies.

The centre conducts interdisciplinary research in fields such as international development, democratic governance, human rights, climate change, and regional cooperation. With a team of committed researchers, practitioners, and experts, GPC serves as a bridge between academia, public institutions, and civil society.

Under the leadership of Dr. Eleni Georgiou, the GPC fosters partnerships with universities, UN agencies, NGOs, and governments across Europe, the Middle East, and the Global South. Its aim is to generate actionable knowledge that informs decision-making and strengthens the capacity of political and social actors.

The Global Policies Centre is also a contributor to the documentary series "Documented by XYZ Initiative", which highlights innovative approaches to global policy-making.
