Anastasia Reppas is Professor of Educational Administration and Organizational Behavior at Neapolis University Pafos in Cyprus.

Experience in Distance Education as Associated Academic Staff of the Hellenic Open University during14 years and the Open University of Cyprus during 6 years. Trainer in Greece and Cyprus and Certified Evaluator for the Qualification of Vocational Trainer by the HRDA of Cyprus. Trainer of Police Executive for the qualification of Adult Instructor during the Olympic Games and volunteer guide of the President of the National Olympic Committee of Lithuania.
