Introduction

Ellovos [Έλλοβος] We are a group of people that came together with a common concern for the future. Our tomorrow is people-centered. We are longing for a self-sufficient and sustainable society. To preserve the goods of our land, their taste, smell, beneficial qualities, cultural value and deliver it to future generations.

Places and people are interrelated , the interaction of the two is the core around which the principles of our team evolve.

Human beings need human beings. Interaction, communication, sharing knowledge and experience, cordiality, respect. We recognize that respect for the "other" and our land stems from respect for our own self, so we seek a harmonious coexistence between people, and between people and nature. Creative human beings, with critical and conscious thought, are able to collect the necessary knowledge to manage with respect, both the natural resources that the land offers them and themselves.

We seek the active participation of people in the movement of goods and ideas, looking towards collective action.

It is a matter of orienting the eyes for one to derive hope and meaning. All that is needed is for one to look away…
