JoinMyWifi is a proprietary all-in-one software customizable solution for Wi-Fi marketing. It is dedicated for businesses that provide Wi-Fi to their customers such as Internet Service Providers, malls, hotels, s, restaurants, bars etc. The main platform’s goal is to offer new opportunities arising from providing Wi-Fi, as an effective and targeted marketing tool in order to increase customer loyalty and gain competitive advantage and profitability. It succeeds by allowing advertisements and sharing coupons in the Wi-Fi vicinity, providing usage statistics, enhancing the network and much more.
Customer's Perspective: JoinMyWifi uses captive portal technology to give internet access to Wi-Fi users. Captive portal is a very common technology which is used in major malls, hotels, airports and generally in large public and private Wi-Fi networks. When captive portal is in use, customers have to login via the browser to get internet. This process has different amount of steps for customers depending on each business’s configuration. JoinMyWifi has a simple and highly customizable 3-steps flow: At step 1 the customer is shown advertisements/coupons, at step 2 the customer has to login and at step 3 the customer is redirected to a preferred page.
Business's Perspective: JoinMyWifi marketing platform provides usage analytics, demographics and customer information via a web dashboard. From inside the web dashboard each business can also customize the 3-steps flow for customers (login options, login time, login password, redirections etc.), the advertisements, the coupons and more. Login to web dashboard can be done using username & password via any desktop computer or mobile device that is connected to the internet.
